This family of 4 was originally was staying at 306B Punggol Place. They are in their late 30s. I helped them to sell their HDB flat in a few weeks. They then bought a brand new 4-room condo at Sengkang. They need not worry about paying the monthly installments for more than 10 years.
Case Study #2: From Jurong resale flat to Yishun condo
This PR couple initially planned to buy a 20 years old resale HDB at Jurong. After detailed calculations, they realized they can buy a brand new condo at Yishun instead. The most important was they understood how to use take care of the monthly installments without touching their take-home pay.
Case Study #3: From 20-year old Simei HDB flat to brand new Punggol EC
This Malay couple is in their early 40s with 2 kids. They have been staying in their 20-year old Simei HDB flat for years. Made the decision to upgrade to an Executive Condo development.
Case Study #4: Sold their Punggol condo and upgraded into a District 10 condo
This young couple is in their early 30s. Family of 3. They decided to sell their Punggol condo as the property no longer meet their needs. Extracted significant profits and and upgraded to District 10 condo at a good price.
Case Study #5: From 5-room Yishun HDB flat to 2 condos
This family was staying in a 30-year old 5-room HDB flat. Helped them buy a new condo which they managed to move in immediately. This was possible as we planned the timeline smoothly. They need not worry about monthly installments for at least 8 years. Their monthly take home pay can remain untouched. They eventually bought a 1-room condo for rental collection too.
Case Study #6: Newly MOP Bukit Panjang HDB flat sold immediately
This is young family with 2 kids. They made the decision to sell their 4-room HDB flat immediately after the Minimum Occupation Period. They bought a brand new 3-room condo for stay. Their monthly installments are well taken care of – this couple does not have to worry about it for more then 10 years.
Case Study #7: Restructured a multiple property portfolio
Helped this single lady to restructure her property portfolio. I helped her to sell 2 of her non-performing condos and converted to a 4-room condo. She doesn’t need to worry about her monthly installments for more than 20 years.
Case Study #8: Upgraded from Hougang EA flat to Woodlands EC
This was a family of 5. The couple is in their 30s. I helped them sell their EA flat in Hougang. They then moved to a brand new 4-room EC at Woodlands.
Case Study #9: From Boon Keng condo to Toa Payoh condo
This client is a single man in his 40s. Helped him sell his 1-room condo at Boon Keng and upgrade to a 3-room condo at Toa Payoh. The funds from the old property was moved to a new property.
Case Study #10: From Tampines EA flat to Tampines condo
This is a family of 4. The couple is in their early 50s. They decided to sell their EA at Tampines…. and buy a 4-room dual key condo – also at Tampines.
